Who can access CSHEMA Academy? Can I earn Continuing Education Units (CEUs)? How do I access my Certificates of Completion? Where can I find my active courses? Why am I being asked to pay for a "Course Bundle"?
Who can access CSHEMA Academy?The CSHEMA Academy is available to all current CSHEMA members as part of your normal institutional membership. To access course content, you must be a current member and be logged into your account.
How do I log in?Click the "Sign In" button in the top right corner. You must use your CSHEMA Member Portal credentials.
Are the courses free?Core content is free of charge, including recorded webinars and self-paced courses developed by our strategic alliance partners. Some premium content is available for purchase. These courses are similar to our conference or symposium sessions, and Professional Development Sessions (PDS’s) held before such events.
How do I access content?

Can I earn Continuing Education Units (CEUs)?Like our conference, symposia events, and live webinars, CSHEMA Academy courses provide CEUs. To earn a Certificate of Completion, you must complete the full course and any required items, such as post-course surveys. CSHEMA Academy will automatically generate a downloadable, printable PDF certificate. You can use this as documentation for continuing education hours or credential maintenance credits.
How do I access my Certificates of Completion?After you complete a course, you will receive an email with a link to your certificate. You can also:

Where can I find my active courses?Your active and purchased courses are available from your user profile. Courses you have started will also appear under “My Activity” on the home page, below the welcome
Why am I being asked to pay for a "Course Bundle"?Course Bundles are an example of premium content. Currently, the 2026 Virtual Showcase is the first premium course bundle and requires purchase for access.
What if I forgot my password?The CSHEMA Academy uses Single Sign-On (SSO) with the main CSHEMA website. To reset your password, go to the main CSHEMA website and reset it there. Once updated, your new password will automatically work for the CSHEMA Academy.
